U okviru plana uređenja grada u toku su radovi na rekonstrukcija Kajmakčalanske ulice od Kosančićeve do Obilićeve, dužine 100 metara, širine kolovoza šest i trotoara jedan ipo metar.

Najveći problem bio je zadržavanje vode prilikom padavina pošto prema planu regulacije nije urađena atmosferska kanalizacija.

Vrednost radova koje izvodi Kruševacput je milion 300 hiljada dinara, a ulica će za saobraćaj biti otvorena početkom naredne nedelje.
